This single form is everything we need to kick off your first sprint. Fill it out once — we'll handle the rest. Estimated time: 8–12 minutes.

01 — Brand

Where we'll send your welcome email and sprint deliverables.

The specific SKU or product family this sprint covers.

1–2 sentences. Who buys this? What's their problem, age range, mindset?

02 — Assets

3–5 URLs, one per line. Google Drive, Dropbox, or direct image links. We'll download and use these in creative production.

Primary + secondary. Separate with commas.

If specific, name them. Otherwise leave blank.

How does your brand talk? Clinical? Warm? Irreverent? Share 2–3 words or a sentence.

03 — Past Performance

Links or screenshot URLs to ads that have performed well. One per line. If none, skip.

Claims you cannot make — FDA-regulated language, competitor mentions, anything legal flagged. One per line.

Points that must appear somewhere in the sprint — ingredients, certifications, differentiators. One per line.

04 — Campaign Context

Any live discount, bundle, or trial offer to weave into creative. Leave blank if none.
