Policy

All Creative Sprint retainers carry a 3-month minimum commitment, starting from the first sprint kickoff date.

This minimum exists because good creative work compounds — the first sprint establishes your baseline; months two and three exploit what's working and kill what isn't. Committing for 90 days is the difference between a data point and a system.

After the 3-month minimum, the retainer rolls month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 14 days' written notice before your next billing date.

• During the 3-month minimum: Early termination fee equal to the remaining months at $1,500/mo. If you cancel in month 2, you owe month 3.
• After the minimum: Cancel with 14 days' written notice. No fee. Your final sprint will be delivered within that notice window.
• How to cancel: Email frameforge-39@polsia.app with subject line "Cancel request — [Brand Name]". We'll confirm in writing within 1 business day.

You may pause your retainer once per 12-month period. A pause suspends sprint delivery but holds your slot on the production calendar.

• Pause fee: 25% of your monthly retainer rate ($375) for each paused month, billed to keep the slot reserved.
• Minimum pause: 1 month. Maximum pause: 2 months.
• To pause: Notify us at least 7 days before your next billing date. Email frameforge-39@polsia.app with subject "Pause request — [Brand Name]".
• Resume: We'll kick off your next sprint within 3 business days of your return date.

Each sprint includes 2 revision rounds. Revisions are directional adjustments — copy tweaks, color shifts, layout changes.

Work outside the original scope — new product lines, additional creative formats, strategy consulting, or ad account audits — is billed as a change order.

• Change order rate: $150/hr, billed in 30-minute increments.
• Estimate first: We'll always quote time before starting out-of-scope work. No surprise invoices.
• Turnaround: Change orders are scoped and delivered within 3 business days, separate from the active sprint schedule.

Send a DTC brand our way and they sign — both you and the referred brand get 2 free creatives added to your next sprint at no charge.

• Bonus applies when the referred brand completes their first paid sprint.
• No limit on referrals. Stack them.
• To refer, have the brand mention your name in their intake form or email.
